I might be a little late to this post, i also had a problem with this, my rgb fans and wasnt sync with my motherboard. i finally found out that in order for your rgb fans to sync you must hold down the led button on the case for 5 sec and then your rgb fans will sync with the mobo. i hope this might be the solution your looking for cause now all. Sep 08, 2019 Hi, I recently bought a corsair iCUE 220t Airflow case and install all the hardware components and my fans are lit but not spinning. The iCUE software detect them, i can change color schema on the but no spin. I double check connections on the board and the sata electric cable and they are good.. Your case#x27;s fan controller should have its own software to control the fans, or you#x27;ll have to manually do it via the fan controller if it#x27;s an actual touchpanel/switch one. - Also, fans will not be controllable or such via the motherboard or ASUS software unless they are connected directly to the motherboard.

Well if the fans are not spinning and you have some wires prob red and black then check the socket just under the cooler could be a 2 or 3 pin if the plug prob white is inserted but no wires well that would explain the no fan activity just lift out the plug make sure you check where the red wire goes or it will smell bad but seems to be what.
